- Facial Regulations The app collects facial images or face templates that are processed through the Regula API for the purpose of facial recognition and validation. Only facial features necessary for comparison and validation are extracted and stored.
- Function: The collected face data is used solely for facial recognition and verification purposes. This data is compared against stored images to authenticate the user’s identity. No other use is planned beyond this authentication function.
- Data Secure: We collect and process facial data for the purpose of identity verification through our facial recognition system. This data is securely stored on our servers and is not shared with any third-party entities. Users have control over their data, including the right to request deletion at any time. Facial data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
Location data collected through geofencing is used to:
- Track attendance and manage check-ins/check-outs automatically.
- Monitor movement within work zones to improve safety and security.
- Enhance productivity through better workforce allocation.
